Votre ordinateur a été bloqué pour violation de la loi Française

Un nouveau (?) virus (enfin si on peut l’appeler comme ça) a fait son apparition…
Lors de l’ouverture de session, il bloque l’ordinateur avec une page présentant un logo de la Gendarmerie et indiquant : “Votre ordinateur a été bloqué pour violation de la loi Française”.

Il va sans dire que ceci n’est qu’une escroquerie et que la Gendarmerie n’a absolument rien à voir là dedans.

Il vous est demandé de payer 200€ pour débloquer votre ordinateur… Inutile de le rappeler mais sait-on jamais… NE PAS PAYER !

Report TSM : Tourne en boucle sur “Working. This may take….”

Problème rencontré en installant la Management Console TSM 5.5 sur un serveur Windows 2008 (non R2). Lorsque j’ai voulu générer des rapports, après la config qui se passe sans aucun problème, un petit click droit puis “Refresh using current time” et là, la fenêtre de droite reste sur “Working. This may take several minutes to complete.”

Il s’agit en fait d’un problème avec l’UAC de 2008. Il faut le désactiver pour que ça fonctionne…

Ajouter un port en écoute sur postfix

Petite astuce qui peut s’avérer utile. Sur certaines Box (Freebox, LiveBox, NeufBox…) le port SMTP est bloqué pour forcer l’utilisateur de passer par le SMTP du FAI. Pour bypasser cette restriction et permettre d’utiliser un autre SMTP, il suffit d’ajouter un second port en écoute sur le serveur SMTP (autre que le 25 bien sûr !).

Pour postfix, il suffit d’éditer le fichier /etc/postfix/master.cf et d’ajouter la ligne :
2525 inet n – – – – smtpd

Le 2525 est le port à écouter. Il peut être différent à condition de ne pas essayer de binder un port déjà utilisé… Mais ça vous le savez 😉

Un petit restart de postfix et c’est parti ! Votre serveur écoute sur le port 25 ET 2525.

ACN5909E : The MAPI subsystem logon has failed…

With TDP Exchange 6.1, during a restore test, I had the following error :
ACN5909E The MAPI subsystem logon has failed. Please check that you have an active mailbox and sufficient privileges for this operation

APAR for this error : IC61079.

This error can also appears when we start the following command on the active node of Exchange 2007 cluster : tdpexcc restoremailbox alias…

In this case, the option to add on the command line is
EXCSERVER=CLUSTER_NAME (not the server name).

Adding this options helps to successfully recover the mailbox

ANS1977E Dsmcad schedule invocation was unsuccessful

I had this problem when installing more than one scheduler on the same server.

Error code points to a Scheduler problem not managed by the Client Acceptor : ANS1977E CadSchedName registry value is empty

In my case, the problem came from the account used to start the “TSM Scheduler” service. This was a user account. I fix the problem with giving the Administrator rights to the account.

Connectivity problem with bracade firmware 6.3.0b

During IBM SVC (http://www.ibm.com/storage/svc) installation, FC links between nodes and brocade switches were not able to negociate.

The negociate starts but never ends and the switch disable the port with no apparent reason.
